✨ What to Expect:

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a short introduction 🌸
You’ll be guided through gentle breathwork and grounding to help you settle 🌿
Then begins the sound journey — around 45–50 minutes of immersive, meditative sound 🎶
Each participant's experience is unique — whether you enter a deep state of calm, feel a light emotional release, or simply rest quietly, all are welcome and valid 🌈
We’ll close with moments of stillness and integration 🙏
Herbal tea will be served after the session to support grounding and connection.

🧘‍♂️ What to Bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for comfort, plus a water bottle.
Chairs can be provided if lying on the floor isn’t comfortable—just let me know in advance.

⏳ Doors open at 6:20 PM. Please arrive on time to settle in before we begin.
🚗 Parking: Available outside the venue.
