Sound Bath for Relaxation & Gratitude

Join me for a 60-minute sound journey dedicated to relaxation, gratitude, and emotional balance.

Through the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and gong, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as soothing vibrations help release blockages, restore harmony, and invite renewed energy.

This event is donation-based, with a suggested donation of $35.

Yoga mat
Blanket
Pillow(s) for comfort
Eye covering (mask or scarf)
Water
Wear warm, comfortable, and loose clothing

No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are, open your heart, and allow the sound to guide you into deep relaxation and gratitude.
