During this 60-minute session, you’ll be surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gong. The sounds gently guide your mind and body into a state of deep rest, helping you release stress, feel supported, and connect with the grounding energy of Earth.

No experience is needed—just come as you are. Whether you’re brand new to sound baths or returning for another journey, this session offers a chance to pause, reflect, and leave feeling more balanced, calm, and rooted.
