Held in the peaceful sanctuary of Kanuka Yoga Space, this Sound Bath invites you to rest, release, and renew through the healing vibrations of sound.

During the Spring, this is a potent moment to pause, restore inner harmony, and prepare the heart for fresh intentions and new beginnings.

✨ Immerse yourself in a meditative soundscape featuring:

Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls
32” Symphonic Gong and 18” Wing Gong
Shamanic Drum and Chimes

Through these resonant tones, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body can soften, the mind can quieten, and the spirit can attune to balance and renewal.

What to Expect

Gentle grounding and a short-guided meditation
45–50 minutes of immersive sound with bowls, gongs, drum, and chimes

Each experience is unique — you may feel deeply relaxed, gently released, or inwardly renewed. However the sounds meet you, they offer a sacred pause for balance and clarity.

Comfort & Practical Notes

Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask for extra comfort.
Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
