As we move toward the Spring Equinox, this sound healing journey invites you to celebrate balance, harmony, and fresh beginnings. The Equinox is a powerful time of year when day and night, light and shadow, meet in perfect equilibrium — reminding us of the importance of inner balance and alignment.

This session offers a sacred space to pause, restore, and gently prepare for new growth. Through the healing vibrations of sound, you’ll be guided to release stagnant energy, welcome renewal, and attune to the natural rhythms of harmony within and around you.

Immerse yourself in a meditative soundscape featuring:

✨ What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a short explanation of what the session involves. 🌸Then, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help settle in. 🌿The sound journey will follow—about 45–50 minutes of calming, meditative sounds. 🎶You may feel deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of peaceful renewal—each experience is unique. 🌈We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment 🙏

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for extra comfort, plus a water bottle.
Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable—just let me know in advance.

⏳ Doors open at 1:50 PM. Please arrive on time to settle in before the session begins.
🚗 Parking is available outside the venue.
