DTF has teamed up with the Braidwood Yoga Studio for sound baths! How amazing and beautiful is this news! 🫶

For all of you wondering -

Sound baths are a non-movement based meditative practice that immerse students in resonant sound. The calm sound waves and vibrations allow for relaxation and allow the nervous system to balance.

For a magical 45 minutes, Amber will take you on a journey for your mind, body and soul using crystal singing bowls and her guiding voice to immerse you in soothing vibrations. The harmonious sounds will surround you and help induce a state of deep relaxation, stress reduction and promote wellbeing.

A perfect way to close out a stressful week and start the weekend feeling balanced and restored.
