Sound Bath in Hobsonville – Kanuka Yoga Space

Held in the peaceful sanctuary of Kanuka Yoga Space, this Sound Bath invites you to rest, release, and renew through the healing vibrations of sound. Each session offers a sacred pause — a moment to turn inward, reconnect with your inner peace, and gently let go of what no longer serves.

Sound is not only something we hear — it’s something we feel. Its vibrations ripple through every cell, resonating within the body, mind, and energy field. As waves of sound wash through you, each tone interacts uniquely with your own vibration, offering a deeply personal experience of balance, reflection, or renewal.

Each sound bath weaves together the pure tones of Crystal Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls, the deep resonance of Symphonic and Wing Gongs, and the grounding rhythms of Shamanic Drum and Chimes. These instruments create a rich, meditative soundscape — an invitation into stillness and deep listening. Whether your experience feels peaceful, emotional, or simply restful, the sound meets you exactly where you are, supporting you to reconnect with the harmony and wholeness within.

• Date & Time: 1 November 2025, Saturday, 3-4PM
• Venue: Kanuka Yoga Space, 102C Hobsonville Road, Hobsonville, Auckland 0618
• Exchange: $33 per person, plus Humanitix booking fee (which is set by Humanitix and goes directly to charity).
Spaces are limited — pre-booking is essential.

Comfort & Practical Notes
• Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.
• You’re welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask for extra comfort.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
• Parking is available nearby — see Parking Options at Kanuka Yoga I Hobsonville I Northwest.
• Contraindications: Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
• Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future event for non-attendance. Tickets can be on-sell to someone else if you are unable to attend.
