As spring/summer energy builds, this sound healing journey supports alignment between body, mind, and spirit. It is an invitation to come back into coherence and flow.

This session supports clarity, integration, and ease.

This Inner Alignment sound bath encourages living from a place of inner coherence.

Energy Exchange: $35 per session, plus Humanitix booking fee (set by Humanitix and donated directly to charity)

No prior experience is necessary.

What to Expect

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and a brief introduction to the session. You’ll then be guided through gentle breathwork, grounding, and a short meditation to help you settle in.

The sound journey follows, lasting approximately 60 minutes, and features crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a 32” symphonic gong, drum, chimes, and other sound tools. These healing vibrations support deep relaxation and inner stillness.

You may experience physical relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of calm and renewal — each journey is unique.

We’ll close with quiet integration and a gentle return to the present moment.

Comfort & Practical Notes

• Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for comfort. Chairs are available if lying down is uncomfortable — just let me know in advance.

• Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

• Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to settle in before the session begins.

• Parking is available outside the venue.

• Contraindications: Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or during the first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.

• Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future event for non-attendance. Tickets may be on-sold/transferred to someone else (e.g. your friends or family members) if you are unable to attend.
