This special Abundance & Gratitude Sound Healing Journey is an invitation to pause.

Tonight is an opportunity to reflect on the abundance that is already present in your life and sending gratitude into all aspects of your life...while gently opening yourself to receive more of what truly nourishes your mind, body and soul.

YOUR JOURNEY FOR THE EVENING

During this deeply nurturing experience, you will be guided through a series of gentle practices designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Your journey will include:

✨ Intention setting

✨ Gentle breathwork

✨ A crystal intention ritual

✨ Guided meditation

✨ An immersive crystal singing bowl sound journey

✨ Quiet integration

✨ A gentle closing ceremony

There is nothing you need to know. You don't need to have experience with meditation. You don't need to understand sound healing. You don't need to be particularly spiritual. And you certainly don't need to be good at relaxing.

Simply come exactly as you are.

THE ABUNDANCE RITUAL

At the beginning of the evening, you will be invited to pause and reflect on three gentle questions:

“What am I grateful for?”

“Where in my life am I already supported?”

“What am I ready to become more open to receiving?”

There are no right answers. This is simply an opportunity to become curious about your own life. To notice. To appreciate.

And perhaps to realise that you may be more supported than you think.

Please arrive a little early to settle in and create a comfortable space for yourself.

What can I bring to the event?

Please wear comfortable appropriate clothing.
Bring a Mat, a blanket and a cushion.
You may bring a bottle of water.
A journal and pen to write down any revelations or thoughts after the sound healing
An open mind and heart

Anastasia has trained in Sound Healing, Kinesiology, Reiki, ThetaHealing, Aromatherapy massage and is now researching the amazing health benefits of Crystals as she explores the modality of Crystal Healing. She is excited to share her love and passion for her crystal singing bowls and to be able to facilitate any clearing, release or deep healing during her sessions.
