It is about gently exploring the question: "Where in my life am I ready to receive more?"

During this deeply restorative sound bath journey, you will be gently guided through a series of nurturing practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and open to receiving.

Your experience will include:

You do not need to know how to meditate. You don't need to have any experience with sound healing, crystals or energy work. There is nothing you need to achieve.

During our opening ritual, you will be invited to connect with your own personal intention.

Perhaps you are ready to receive:

You will be invited to gently hold the intention: “I allow myself to receive.”

OUR ABUNDANCE RITUAL

During the evening, you will be invited to hold a crystal as a symbol of your intention.

You will have the opportunity to quietly ask yourself:

What am I already grateful for?

Where am I ready to become more open?

What am I ready to receive into my life?

There is no right answer. No pressure. No expectation.

Only an opportunity to listen to yourself.

THE SOUND JOURNEY

Once you are comfortably settled, you will be guided into a peaceful meditation before surrendering into the sound of beautiful crystal singing bowls.

The sound journey will gradually move through:

GROUND ✦ OPEN ✦ RELEASE ✦ RECEIVE ✦ RESTORE

You may experience deep relaxation. You may simply enjoy the sounds. You may notice thoughts, emotions or sensations. Or you may drift into a beautiful state of rest.

There is no right way to experience a sound bath.

What can I bring to the event?

Please wear comfortable appropriate clothing.
Bring a Mat, a blanket and a cushion.
You may bring a bottle of water.
A journal and pen to write down any revelations or thoughts after the sound healing
An open mind and heart

Anastasia has trained in Sound Healing, Kinesiology, Reiki, ThetaHealing, Aromatherapy massage and is now researching the amazing health benefits of Crystals as she explores the modality of Crystal Healing. She is excited to share her love and passion for her crystal singing bowls and to be able to facilitate any clearing, release or deep healing during her sessions.
