Join us in a unique sonic collaboration brought to you by two powerful local sound healers, intuitive women, trained in sound healing and space holding. They will create a cradle of deep relaxation channeling sounds and tones, and then they will transport you to the winds of song and sound to the etheric realms, leaving you floating in an otherworld peaceful expanse.

Featuring a range of traditional instruments and ancient voices and traditional song harmonies (crystal singing bowls, drumming, waterfall chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, gong and ethereal voice).

These sessions can support people experiencing anxiety, depression and Stress.

A perfect Friday unwind end to your week, and a chance to receive the deep nourishment and replenishment that you deserve!

What happens in a 5Rhythms session?

5Rhythms is free from steps or moves to follow. It is the perfect class for all those new to dance as well as all levels of experience. The medicine of the 5RHYTHMS wave is to learn how to relax, release and have fun with movement and dance.

At the end of the week we’re allowed to slow-down and let our hair down. While allowing to breathe-in deeply, we’ll unwind and untangle from stress and find relaxation. Soothing our nervous system and feeling at ease with ourselves by allowing the body to move how it wants to move. This is the perfect way for your body to prepare to receive the healing frequencies of the sound bath meditation.
