Sound healing uses the power of vibration to restore mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance. Lying comfortably on a yoga mat, you will be guided through a group Sound Bath and Meditation. As you allow yourself to flow into a meditative, peaceful state, you can release resistance, thought, activity and just be present. The harmonic vibrations from crystal singing bowls have a deep penetrating effect on your being.
