We can enhance our human experience by being reminded that we are connected to ourselves and others.

We created these monthly events as a safer space to do just that.

During today's event, we are going to be exploring loving literature pt.1 - Don Miguel Ruiz's The Four Agreements through a sound bath, meditation, sharing circle, and some casual mingling.

This is a wonderful space for individuals that are beginners to a mindfulness practice, seeking to deepen their practice, or just want to meet new friends in a wellness space!

Schedule

3:00 Opening group activity

3:15 30-minute sound bath begins

3:45 Sharing Circle + Journaling

4:30 - 5:00 Connection + Mingle

Limited spaces available. Tickets are required for entry.

What to Bring

- A journal and something to write with

- A yoga mat or blanket

- Water bottle

- Dress in comfortable clothes

* During a sharing circle, we gather in a circle and share our thoughts on the meditation and this month's theme. We practice non-judgment to create safer spaces to share by leaning into curiousity. Keep in mind, you don't have to share if you don't want to!

Refund Policy.

If you are feeling sick, please do not attend this event. If you have already purchased tickets, please contact me at sunsandself@gmail.com for a full refund due to your illness. It is important to keep yourself and others healthy!

Location Details.

There is a parking lot behind the building and on the street. The front door will be propped open for easy access. Please text or call 720.432.2516 if you have any questions or trouble finding the location. Keep in mind, I may not have my phone available 15 minutes prior to and during the event.
