Namaste and welcome, to the Mind EMbody Sound Bath Meditation class for women, with your teacher Alecia. Indulge, relax and unwind through all senses mind, body and energy.

• Aromatherapy Inhalations

• Relaxation guided meditation

• 1 hour Sound Bath with background nature sounds

• Grounding and stretching

ABOUT:

Sound Bath's are an excellent form of meditation for those who find it hard to quieten the mind. Instead, all one must do is effortlessly listen and follow the vibrational sounds that immerse within and around you. Relaxing the mind and re-balancing the body. Sound Baths are an ancient form of acoustic healing that is undergoing a modern revival. Contrary to the name, Sound Baths don’t involve water – instead the participants bathe in healing sounds with the goal of reaching a deeply restorative and meditative state.

Note: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class to find your spot and to settle in. Doors will close and class will start at exactly 6:30pm. Spaces are limited to 3 people and book up fast, so book ahead to save disappoint!

About Alecia Zeta:

Alecia owns a woman’s wellness clinic in Huapai where she practises as a Somatic Therapist, Coach and advanced Reiki Practitioner.

“My treatments offer a whole-body approach; an integration of science and holistic based wisdom drawn from Psychology, Somatic-Trauma Therapy, Energy/Sound Healing and Natural Health. I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in mental health, stress related illness, holistic fertility, pregnancy and postpartum.
