Event description

About the Event:

Explore the unique wisdom of your body's senses as we move through gentle breathwork and mindful body movements preparing
you to be deeply nourished by the activation of your sensory systems. Allow yourself to be immersed in the harmonious vibrations of sound, fostering heartfelt intentions and connection within our shared space.

Through the soothing resonance of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes, rain stick and monochord, we'll gently guide you into a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state—restoring balance through the profound connection of breath, body, and sound.

Who is hosting?:

This 1-hour sound immersion meditation is designed to support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Led by an  Occupational Therapist, with experience and certification in Mindfulness Meditation Facilitation, these sessions have brought restorative relaxation to patients, carer workshops, & the elderly—and now extend to our beloved community.

Individual comfort:

We encourage you to be the leader of your journey of comfort and sensory needs. We invite you to find a position that feels most comfortable to you. This can be lying down, sitting, using your own meditation stool, chair, standing, or gently moving. Sensory accommodations are not just welcomed—they are celebrated. Your unique needs are honored in this space of heartfulness and connection.

How does it finish?:

We'll finish with 30 minutes for a grounding tea to reflect and center yourself as you prepare to start your week with clarity and calm. We also welcome those that wish to leave after the hour, the choice is yours.

Sound Meditation is a beautiful tool to support you through day to day life or if you are going through something deeper.
