From a young age I was aware that music was able to move emotions through the body. I have been playing piano and teaching music for over 20 years. Sound enabled me to communicate with my mother as she navigated Dementia and this led me to delve deeper into the power of sound to heal. Sound baths are a wonderful way for the body to reset the nervous system from fight/flight to rest and digest.
