Join Connect with You and Penny from InsideOut Spiritual Healing for an immersive meditation experience.

During this session, Penny will guide you on a journey combining guided meditations and healing sounds delivered to our minds and bodies using tonal & rhythmic instruments.

Sounds and vibrations release energetic blockages, helping to bring us to a state of harmonic balance.

Welcoming all ladies over 16 years of age regardless of their prior meditation experience.

There is no set price for this session. Payment will be what you can/if you can/what you feel the experience is valued at. If you prefer to pay cash on the day - enter “0” in the ticket price and continue with your purchase.

Doors open from 2:30pm for a 3pm start with the session concluding at 4:30pm. When you approach the Centre from the car park we will be in the new building to the right in "Activity Space 1".

What to bring:

- Yoga mat

- Blanket/pillow/throws

- Anything else to help you feel comfortable & warm

- Water bottle

*Please note while the room is fully temperature controlled, you will be laying on a boarded floor so please ensure you are dressed appropriately & bring sufficient throws/blankets/pillows to keep you comfortable during the session.
