Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative sound bath at the beautiful Mana Temple in Kyneton. Be immersed in the soothing sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs for a 60 minute healing journey. Stephen will take you through some guided meditation to settle you into the space and then work to immerse you in the beautiful and ancient sounds of his instruments.

Participating in sound baths or sound healing within a group setting is particularly powerful, because the intention for healing is amplified. There is growing evidence to suggest sound healing can assist with sleep problems, anxiety and depression, as well as general relaxation and self-care. It benefits everyone and its effects can last for days or weeks!

Please bring your own pillow to this event. Blankets and yoga mats will be provided. Remember to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring some water.
You'll be laying on a flat surface for an hour so you're welcome to bring anything that makes you feel extra comfy and cosy. Remember there is no need to stay on your back if this is uncomfortable, you're free to move around and many people enjoy sound baths more on their side or tummy.

Under 18's are able to join if accompanied with an adult, children's tickets are charged at half price. There is no lower age limit but please ensure your child is old enough to rest and remain silent for the entirety of the session.

Please note that this session is not suitable for you if you have sound induced epilepsy or are in your first trimester of pregnancy.

We look forward to welcoming you into this warm and inviting space to share this beautiful restorative experience!
