SOUND BATH MEDITATION – Self-Care Awareness

This month’s sound healing meditation is about Self-Care - Emotional, physical, mental, spiritual and social SELF-CARE. Come and fill your cup as we celebrate the fundamental aspect of health & wellbeing - SELF CARE awareness week.

Come and discover how Self-Care can help reduce anxiety, stress, inflammation in the body, insomnia, and emotional mood swings. It is also great for stress management.

Learn how practising self-care produces happy, positive feelings which makes us feel good, refreshed and energised.

We are more resilient and able to handle life’s stress better as self-care can trigger our relaxation response, returning your body to its normal balanced state.

Schedule a self-care appointment for yourself in your diary and come along to this sound healing - commit to your self-care regime and make yourself a priority.

We will do a body scan to get in touch with our body and check to see if you have any pent-up emotions you are holding onto that are causing physical pain or discomfort.

We will discover some self-care rituals that you can take home with you – here are a few to contemplate:

Seeing a therapist emotional & mental self-care
Attending a sound healing event for your spiritual self-care
Getting a massage for your physical self-care
Have a bath several times a week
Writing in your journal (emotional, mental and spiritual self-care)
Taking your dog for a walk
Watching less TV and reading more
Spending more time with friends to nurture and deepen my relationships
Meditate daily, allow more time in your daily life for self-reflection
Say NO more often

Join Sound Healer and Reiki Master, Anastasia Giovanoglou for an intimate workshop and sound healing, focusing on self-love for the year ahead.

Anastasia has trained in Sound Healing, Kinesiology, Reiki and Aromatherapy massage and is exploring and researching the amazing health benefits of sound healing.

She is excited to share her love and passion of her crystal bowls and to be able to facilitate any clearing, release or deep healing during her sessions.
