Sound Bath Meditation – Winter transformation: Manifesting change

As the weather starts to get colder, the air is filled with the change of seasons, the leaves start to fall and change colour, red, gold and brown – swirling and twirling. Winter creeps in, unleashing her transformation.

Just as seasons change each year, our lives also have seasons too. There are seasons of birth and growth, there are seasons of heat and passion, seasons to shed our leaves and seasons of grief and loss.

The flow of life is so beautiful, if we only allowed each season to flow with ease and grace, embrace all the changes and let go of what we don’t need anymore, just as trees let their leaves fall and make way for the new to bloom.

Natures changing colours are incredible and are so symbolic to the changes in our own lives. Mother Earth represents all of the beauty and infinite possibilities that come along for us to let go and have faith in knowing that change is not only good for us, but also necessary.

This Sound Bath Meditation, we will explore ways to shed our own leaves, let go of what no longer serves us and to prepare ourselves for the season of hibernation and Transformation, as we look forward to what will be renewed again with the coming of spring, as we plant seeds of hope, faith, trust and surrender.

Winter is a great time when we can rest as we make time to find the inner reserves of strength to change. While in the throes of such change, practice being grateful, graceful, and grounded, by clearing your life of unhealthy relationships, environments, and anything that no longer serves you, including any fear or negative thinking - making way for a better life.

Sound healing uses the power of sound to restore mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance and harmony. The harmonic vibrations from the crystal singing bowls have a deep penetrating effect, promoting deep healing and well-being and inducing a deep meditative and peaceful state.

You will be guided through a group Sound Bath and Meditation where you will be bathed in the harmonic healing vibrations and frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls while you feel the stresses of the day/week melt away, releasing any stress or tension, supporting you into relaxation, promoting clarity and inner peace – taking you on a journey to deeper SELF-AWARENESS.

Meet Anastasia:

Anastasia is a Crystal Bowl Sound Therapist, holistic Kinesiologist, Reiki Master and ThetaHealing therapist based in Sydney and has been in her energy healing practice since 2018 and along her own healing journey for many years.

She is excited to share her love and passion of her crystal bowls and to be able to facilitate any clearing, release or deep healing during her sessions. Working with crystal singing bowls during a sound healing session works on a deeper level of healing, allowing your body to align to its normal vibrational frequency.
