Gyuto monk and Master sound healing practitioner Lama Tender, will provide a two hour group Sound Bath Meditation for deep relaxation and healing.

Using a range of Tibetan healing bowls, gongs, traditional Buddhist chanting and guided meditation, Lama Tendar creates an immersive sound bath experience for the benefit of all.

The sound bath meditation is a transformative experience that works to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and balance energy centres. This helps to restore positive vital energy to the Body, Mind and Speech - whereby your mind becomes more refined and refreshed, your body more relaxed and your speech more peaceful and pure.
