This month we will travel with the spirit of the butterfly who supports our personal transformations with gentleness and grace. Sacred drumming is an ancient form of sound healing and is practiced throughout the world as a way to transcend the physical for healing, insights and so much more.

Benefits available during this experience:

Reduction in stress and tension
Restores balance and increases energy levels
Calms and quiets the active mind
Creates space for clarity and insights

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow for your comfort during this event as you will be laying down for most of this event.

This journey will be guided by Leah Evenstar who has roots in the Algonquin tribe and has studied Shamanism in the US and Peru. She is also a certified Wellness Coach, Sound and Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, and Medium. She cultivates a nurturing and empowering environment for personal transformation, healing, and heightened consciousness.
