Sound Bath Relaxation

Wednesday the 21st is World Music Day! Let's celebrate with a sound bath relaxation! We have a professional sound bath facilitator coming in to give you the ultimate relaxation hour. 

what is a sound bath? a sound bath is an extremely beneficial wellness practice. This sound bath will involve laying on a yoga mat and cushions, whilst our trained facilitator will use several different instruments to create soothing, overlapping vibrations throughout the room, the vibrations which are specific sound frequencies, lead you deeper into a state of relaxation, shutting off your mind and allowing you to feel peace and calm

For this workshop, it will require one hour of laying down comfortably, we will bring some beanbags and some yoga mats (feel free to bring your own if you prefer) we also recommend you to wear comfortable clothing, bring your favorite pillow, a little blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfy, warm and peaceful whilst the soundwaves put you into the ultimate relaxation :)
