Come & join a rejuvenating Saturday afternoon with a Relaxing Sound Bath held at the Scout Hall in New Lambton.

Please arrive by 2.30pm for a prompt 2.45pm start.

The Sound Bath will go for an hour & afterwards you are invited to enjoy a cacao or herbal tea with us at the Hall.

What to bring?

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lie on). If you prefer to sit chairs will be available.
A Warm Blanket or 2
Pillow
Water bottle
Optional- Eye pillow
Optional. Bolster for under backs of knees

What is a sound bath?

The Sound Bath is a time to relax and enjoy the sounds from vibrational instruments, such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, monolina, drums, voice and other percussion instruments. These will be gently and thoughtfully played without being too loud or overplayed.
