Sound bath session

Join us for our very first sound bath session. Sound healing has the ability to bring you back into balance and harmony. It can facilitate a calming of the nervous system and bring you to a state of deep rest. Sounds from Tibetan singing bowls can entrain the brain to move into a relaxed state, inducing deep meditation, clarity of mind and intuition. This event is part of Firstival.
