Event description

Waves of Bliss sound bath

Waves of Bliss invite you to join us for a Sound Bath session at the Crows Nest Centre!

Now, more than ever, we need to create space in our lives to relax, let go of our fear and anxiety, and let healing begin.

We use a variety of amazing instruments: antique Himalayan and Japanese singing bowls, gongs, bells and chimes, rain stick, ocean drum and more, to immerse you in therapeutic sound.

Our three Gongs are particularly powerful and deep, and provide maximum healing vibrations. The gong is arguably the ultimate Sound Healing tool and has the broadest range of tones of any instrument. This vast range of frequencies literally bathes you in sound vibrations; truly taking you to another level of relaxation.

As you relax, the soothing vibrations from each instrument will pass through every cell in your body, helping to activate and facilitate the body’s natural healing processes, whilst providing bio-energetic refreshment.
Tension, stress and anxiety will melt away and leave you in that inner-space where holistic healing and wellbeing begin...
