Sound Bath at The Open Space with Mat Creedon

Step into a serene evening of sound and stillness on Sunday, December 14th at 5 p.m., at The Open Space in Abbotsford (11 Acacia Place). Join Mat Creedon for a traditional, intimate sound bath journey that will last about an hour. Mat will create a soothing soundscape using Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, wind chimes, and Tibetan medicine gongs, allowing you to unwind and find a moment of peaceful clarity.

We’ll provide mats, bolsters, and blankets for your comfort, so all you need to do is wear comfy clothes and bring along anything else that makes you feel at ease - like your own blanket or an eye mask. It’s a perfect chance to let the gentle, healing frequencies guide you into relaxation, and maybe even drift off into a little nap. We can’t wait to share this peaceful evening with you!

Paid parking is available in the public car park at Acacia Place, and across Victoria Street in Victoria Gardens shopping complex. Free parking in Harrison court and surrounds. We are on the lower ground level of Acacia Place.

Disabled access: If you park within the paid parking station off Acacia Place you will be on the same level as our studio. If you enter from Victoria Street level, a lift is available at the top of the first set of steps leading down to the river.
