Sound Bath with Simone is a relaxing healing 1 hour that will calm your nervous system and allow you to release, relax and surrender to your higher self. Starting with a shamanic meditation, using specific sequence of instruments and notes that will allow the body and soul to release old emotions and ending with a group healing.

This monthly sound bath I create near the new moon, which is where we do our manifesting - you will be asked to create an intention for what you want to get from this session. All you need to do is show up, lie down and relax. This is open to all ages and for all people, if you are wanting to bring children please make sure they can remain silent and lie down for 1 hour so as not interruptive for others.

Easily accessible by bus - 350 and 375 - get off at Popplewell Park, South Coogee. Lots of parking on the street out front.
