Sound Bath with Simone at Marou Home

Sound Healing is actually centuries old, and is used to calm the nervous system, bring up and release stuck energy, shift energy around in the body and just a beautiful way to relax.  Each month I will hold a sound bath for 10 people to be able to go on a journey, connecting with their higher self, setting an intention, seeing what they want to manifest, and allowing you to open your third eye and be more receptive to spiritual practices, where you are healing yourself.  Sound healing is being used by doctors in the healing of cancer, noted in the book "The Healing Power of Sound" by Mitchell L Gaynor M.D, and in my practice of seeing clients one on one, I have had clients tell me their ankle pain they had been experiencing for months was gone within a week.

My intention for holding these sessions is for people to be able to come once a month at a low cost, to allow their nervous systems to return to a place of calm.  To release any fear, and negative emotions and to return to their inner strength, their inner belief that they are ok, and that they can feel relaxed.
