Sound bath with Simone is a relaxing inner journey that allows you to connect with your higher self, shift stuck energy and create and manifest what you want to bring into your life. It starts with a shamanic protection meditation to connect with your higher self, stating an intention and allowing yourself to trust and let go with sounds and to feel supported on your journey.

Each month I try and choose the Sunday nearest the New Moon. The New Moon is about manifesting, and in order to do that we need to release everything that is blocking / stopping us.

Come and join with friends and family as a limited number of people get to lie down, relax, and just let the vibration of the music and the energy of the room shift and release. Sound baths are the safest therapy and are now being used for treating with cancer and other dis-eases, physical ailments and old traumas. You are the one who heals yourself, I create a space that will let you do it easier by just lying down, (most happens on a sub-conscious level), and some will fall asleep.

Simone has a diploma in sound healing with the Sound Healing Academy and comes from a place of compassion, integrity and authenticity.
