Join me for a one hour sound bath when you'll be bathed in the beautiful sound of crystal & tibetan bowls, drone harp, gong, chimes, handpan + more.

Gift yourself this time to deeply relax, allowing the healing vibrational sounds to flow through you and work their magic at a cellular level.

* calm your nervous system
* release stress, tension and anxiety
* give your body deep rest, repair and heal time
* let go of the mind and drop in to the body

PLEASE BRING (mats and bolsters provided):
- a blanket
- cushion for your head
- eye mask (optional)
- anything else you may want for comfort, such as additional padding to lie on.

There's plenty of off-street parking directly outside.
Note: the studio is upstairs (no elevator).

Doors open at 5:20. Please arrive early to allow yourself time to get comfortable as doors will close at 5:30.
