Event description
Join me for a one hour sound bath where you'll be immersed in the sound of crystal singing bowls. Allow the vibrations & frequencies from the bowls to bring your mind, body and soul into resonance.
Doors open at 7pm. Please arrive in time to settle and relax. The session will start at 7.15pm.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat
- blanket for warmth
- pillow/cushion
- eye mask
- anything else you feel will ensure you feel relaxed and at ease
