Participants are encouraged to wear white or neutral colors in honor of self-purity.

HOW TO PREPARE / WHAT TO BRING

Arrive 15 minutes early to get nestled in.
Silence mobile devices.
Bring a yoga mat or sleeping mat for comfort.
Eye pillow is recommended; silk sleep masks will be provided.
Bring a pillow or two (recommended for head, shoulder, hip, and lower back support).
Bring water to stay hydrated before, during, and after the session. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the welcome desk.
Bring a light blanket, as participants may experience body temperature fluctuations due to the instruments’ frequency range (68 Hz to 4,225 Hz).
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily as you transition from sound meditation to the sauna and cold plunge.
Some participants find it helpful to bring a journal to record insights, emotions, or reflections during or after the experience.
You’re welcome to bring small personal items such as crystals or other sacred objects to place on your mat.
Most importantly, set your intentions.
