🌏 LOCATION:
The Sanctuary in Barkers Creek, VIC, which is 7 minutes to drive from the town centre of Castlemaine, VIC. The exact address will be sent to you upon a successful booking (it's a private nature reserve and we wish to respect its residents).

🧘‍♀ WHAT TO BRING:
This is not a physical class and you'll be simply lying down and/or sitting. However, you're encouraged to bring anything that makes you comfortable, such as your own yoga/camping mat, blanket, favourite pillow, bolster, eye pillow, water bottle etc. Basic mats, blankets and meditation stools are available at the venue if you don't have your own.

🔸 Everyone is welcome regardless of their vaccination status and we will not ask you about it. This is because the current Victorian Government Covid-19 Roadmap does not require mandatory vaccination for home-based businesses, it only recommends them (subject to future changes in the Roadmap).

Modern research shows that the use of sound and vibration can trigger a deep relaxation response and meditative states and produce positive changes in our autonomic, immune and endocrine systems. Every atom, cell and organ of our bodies has its unique sound and frequency signature. Using sound can help entrain our brainwaves, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve sleep and the immune system. Sound healing works at physical, mental, consciousness and spiritual levels and helps us restore our body’s natural balance in a gentle way.
