Event description

Most people think of tuning forks as something used to find the right note to tune a musical instrument to. In this class, we learn how to use them to help tune the physical and mental body. Sound offers a non-invasive way to work on muscle and connective tissues, bones, neural pathways, and emotional states.

Geoffrey Lamden has used tuning forks extensively for over a decade as tools both off and on the body. This interactive class will offer some tips and guidance as to ways you can use them on yourself and others in a therapeutic or simply curious or playful manner.

Sound mind. Sound body. Sound heals.

(So you know: This class will involve contact with others through physically placing tuning forks on each other in a respectful and conscientious manner.)
