What is Breathwork?

During the Breathwork journey, you'll lie comfortably on a yoga mat, guided through a 1-hour session of Conscious, Connected Breaths from belly to chest, accompanied by music and sound healing instruments. This practice offers numerous benefits including improved circulation, emotional regulation, access to altered states of consciousness, and endlessly more.

About your facilitator:

Sammy is a qualified Breathwork facilitator with over a decade of experience in the healing arts, integrating breathwork, sound healing, mindfulness, and somatic practices. With additional certifications in Sound Healing, Holistic Life Coaching, Spiral (Art of Emotional Clearing), and Authentic Relating, she brings a deeply informed and compassionate approach to her work. Shaped by her own journey navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and neurodiversity, Sammy creates safe, inclusive, and trauma-aware spaces where participants feel genuinely supported and empowered. Her unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience allows her to guide others through transformative, soul-centered experiences with authenticity and care.
