How I wish I had felt supported when I was growing through change- so now I have tailor built a space to support YOU in whatever you may be journeying through.
Tuesday nights are now set aside to encourage connection & community in the very creative home away from home GOODSPACE in Kingsgrove. We will open up the hearts magnetic field by participating with some sacred cacao.
eKa Circle Sanctuary is holding space for your safe unpacking & processing. We are encouraging commitment- soul connection- interactions.
Michelle will teach each week on a unique somatic healing technique that you can implement easily at home. Then clear you with 432hz sound frequencies that include crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drumming, tuning forks, rattles & gongs. These methods are now scientifically proven to assist stress & anxiety. We will work on manifestation dreams. Personal & as a collective. This will be SO MUCH MORE than a sound healing.
