Join me for an afternoon of crystals, manifestation, sound, connection, and relaxation at Flow St8. This event is here to help you connect with your intuition and harness the power of manifestation as we guide you through a sound journey.
During the 1.5-hour event, you'll enjoy:

PLUS there’s the opportunity to intuitively choose a crystal to support you which you get to take home.
You will need to bring a journal and pen, and if you’d like some extra comfort a pillow and blanket. Yoga Matt’s will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
