Event description

Cacao, Yoga & Sound Healing for a Cause – Support Nurses in Action in Nepal Join us for a heart-led evening of nourishment, connection, and relaxation — in support of Ellie, a Brisbane nurse heading to Nepal with Nurses in Action to provide essential healthcare.

We’ll begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, followed by gentle yoga to ground the body, and close with a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound bath.

This experience is designed to soothe your nervous system while contributing to a meaningful cause.

  • Location: Soul Space, 23 Parker St, Newmarket QLD

A portion of all ticket proceeds will go toward supporting Ellie’s healthcare mission in Nepal.

Please bring something cozy for the sound bath and water, Yoga mat & Bolster supplied however if you wish to bring an extra yoga mat or anything you would like to feel comfortable please feel free to do so!
