The HYHO (Heal Yourself, Heal Others) Sound Healer Training Retreat is a 5-day immersive experience exploring how vibration influences the nervous system, emotional states, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

This training blends spiritual practices with evidence-based lessons, giving you both the deeper philosophy of sound and the practical skills needed to confidently work with it.

Training Schedule

Day 1

Check-in and onboarding

• Check in to the retreat
• Join onboarding sessions to feel grounded and prepared for the week ahead

Day 2-4
📅 September 29 to October 2, 2026
🕙 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Go deep into practice with the voice, singing bowls, tuning forks, and more

Day 5
📅 October 3, 2026
🕙 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Graduation

Certification

Participants receive:
• 40-hour sound healer certification
• 4.5 days of in-person training (7 hours per day)
• Hands-on instrument instruction
• A curriculum blending the science and spirituality of sound

Location

The retreat center is approximately 38 miles (60 km) or 50 minutes from Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO) in Rome.

Instructor

Avi Sherbill is the founder of SoundRx and a certified sound practitioner with a background in sound production and TV/film music composition. Since 2018, he has guided soundbaths and trainings for students around the world.
