1. Yoga mat or similar to lie down on -(& anything else with extra cushioning that can help you be comfortable for the evening)

2. A throw or blanket in case you feel cold – Highly recommended

3. A bottle of water or more. Your water will be charged& restructured with the sound frequencies emitted from the sacred instruments.

4. A pillow or two for your head or under your knees for comfort.

5. An eye pillow if you prefer to journey in complete darkness.
