I am so excited to be journeying with you at the upcoming Sound Healing Immersion.

Please note:

The doors will be open from 6.30 pm. So please feel free to come in, meet the other participants and make yourself comfortable.

Please bring:

1. A yoga mat or similar to lay down on.

2. A pillow/s (for your head and also under your knees for extra comfort) & an eye pillow if you like (if you don't have one I have some for sale on the night for $5 and $10)

3. A bottle of water (it will be activated & restructured during the session),

4. A throw in case you get a bit cold, plus anything else that can make the evening comfortable for you.
