RETURN TO RHYTHM - FROM NERVOUS SYSTEM OVERLOAD - TO BALANCE

This 90min group sound session uses carefully applied tones, and frequencies to support the body and nervous system to settle, organise, and return to a more balanced state.

Through a process known as entrainment, the body naturally begins to respond to steady, intentional sound. As the session unfolds, your breathing, heart rate, and internal rhythms can gently shift out of stress or overwhelm and into a more regulated and connected experience.

The sounds are introduced progressively - beginning with relaxation, then building into layered tones, that support your bodies capacity to release built-up tension, becoming more settled and clear.

This session works with sound as a regulating tool. Rather than stimulating the system, the tones are applied in a way that supports the body to return to life's natural rhythm.

You may experience deep relaxation, physical sensations, energy release (stored emotion), or a quiet sense of clarity - all are natural responses as the body reorganises.

This is a space where sound becomes a support for awareness-allowing you to reconnect with a calmer, more resourced version of yourself.

No experience is needed. Simply lie down, listen, and allow your body to return, to its natural rhythm.
