You will also receive personalised chakra healing and balancing specific to your needs.
Immerse yourself in an enchanting evening where we will connect with the spirit realm, receiving tailored guidance and healing during the meditation. This powerful experience will help you forge a deep connection with your mind, body, and soul, enabling you to nurture and heal different aspects of yourself while setting intentions for the upcoming month. - yoga mat (or blanket to lie on)
- blanket to stay warm
- pillow or bolster
- eye pillow
This event will be hosted at Sylvania Heights Community Centre and also via zoom if you can't attend in person.
