All Souls welcome to this evening of Self-Care, Sharing and Healing!

You are invited to feel the power of crystal bowls signing for grounding, meditating, releasing, and healing. In this one-hour journey with Christine, you will be able to let go while your body and soul bathe in the ancient sound medicine.

The beginning of this journey will be facilitated by Anick. Expect to meet other souls on the same path, then connect with yourself through a grounding exercise before the sound healing begins. You will have the opportunity to share your experience at the end or to simply rest longer or go home.

What should I bring?

-A yoga mat

-A water bottle

-A journal (optional- if you wish to write)

-Warm clothes (just in case!)

We do have blankets, yoga mats, and cushions on site, but feel free to bring yours.

Who are the facilitators?

Christine's Bio:

Christine is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and Kahuna body worker. She believes that we are all our own healers, able to cultivate our inner alchemy when we come into devoted intimacy and alignment with the sacred vessel we've been gifted to experience this life with. Christine is a loving facilitator who uses frequency and movement to awaken our remembrance of our own medicine and magic.

Anick's Bio:

Dedicated to empowering women to find the courage to live their truth and walk on their path, she offers diverse self-healing activities within the community. Anick comes from a teaching background in Psychology and has been facilitating groups for over a decade.
