Event description
In this experience, you will feel the power of Sound Healing while being Guided in a Meditation, in a safe and calming environment. The sound will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced.
This is experience is designed to create space for you to listen deeply to your own soul, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit in new ways. No experience necessary. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound and meditation.
If you can, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, pen and two cozy blankets.
