Join us for sound healing and relaxation in Caulfield South.

Alex has trained in sound healing for many years, and is an experienced meditation practitioner.

Start your week with profound relaxation. Come away with your own tools for relaxation.

We encourage you to pay attention to the shifts in body, mind and spirit.
