Liara Covert is a worldly yogi who will guide you to immerse in breathwork, meditation and sound, using crystal & himalayan bowls, tingshas, solfeggio chimes, drums and more. The vibration of her peaceful voice soothes the soul.

Adrian Thomas is an International Touring, South Sea Islander/Polynesian Musician. His “Manaia Mantras” Sacred Chant/Sound play involves the didgeridoo, harmonica and other instruments along with sharing sacred mantra and live looping. His path into Sacred Music was inspired by artists from Mooji Mala, Ram Dass, Krishna Village and his time with the Brahma Kumaris Spiritual Movement.

This 2 hour session involves:

Exploring different ways to relax
Setting conscious Intention
Breathwork to relax and revitalize the cells
Yoga nidra to invite deep bodily awareness
Sound experience using various instruments.
