Kia Ora friends, an warm invitation to a vocal toning workshop and sound healing, hosted by Nicola Rose Gibbons. Vocal toning is a powerful technique, as using the voice to create specific tones or sounds, promotes physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Some think they have to have a beautiful singing voice or be a studied singer to use their voice for healing. This is not true, as long as you can hum... you can tone!

What are the Benefits?

Physical Balance - Vocal toning when you do it, produces vibrations that can stimulate the body's cells and tissues, which promotes physical healing and relaxation. And so it helps greatly in reducing stress, lowering blood pressure and even enhancing the immune system.

Chakra Balance - Different tones, such as the long vowels resonate with the seven chakra points. We go through these together, helping to balance and align, for example, 'Ah' resounds as the heart chakra tone.

Emotional Balance - Helping to release emotional stress and process emotions through toning.

On the Day...

The first half of the session is exploring the toning practices that can be used in your every day life, through gentle guidance, and enjoyable exercise's. And rest assured, no one is singled out, as all the vocal toning is as a group. And in the second half, Nicola takes you deeper with a sound healing voyage, simply lie down to relax and receive. With singing and drumming, sound bowl, and other instruments.

Please NOTE - to BRING something to lie on, a blanket, and a cushion, for your comfort. All welcome - no experience needed.

By producing sustained and simple vocal sounds, this creates healing vibrations within the body. Toning focuses on the resonance of these specific sounds.

Expand your throat and build confidence in your own voice. Enjoy how your voice can calm your nervous system, and experience the magic of sounding together in a group.

Vocal toning is widely used in ancient cultures. Research shows the healing power of our own voice, as the most powerful sound healing instrument. Being one of the simplest, easy and effective therapeutic tools, as you can do it anywhere, anytime, easy to carry, and it's free!

Feel more empowered, simply by harnessing your own sound. And everybody has their own unique sound.

Nicola is a sound healer known for her work with light language, voice toning, and vibrational healing. She has hosted groups around the world. https://linktr.ee/NicolaRoseGibbons

Testimonial: 'I had the pleasure of joining Nicola for her recent sound healing and toning afternoon. Nicola is an inclusive, gentle and explorative facilitator whose love energy comes from the heart. I was curious to explore and find my own personal tone/s and it was truly wonderful to experience the power of our group's connected toning. Our heart to heart toning was indeed a magical and humbling experience for me and I am enjoying including some newly learned approaches to my own practice.'
