Have you been in a yoga class or sound bath and heard a teacher playing a Himalayan or Crystal bowl, and wondered how you could learn to do the same thing? These easy to play instruments can be used by anyone, anytime, to help calm, focus and relax.

Join Phoebe Dubar (aka IKSRE) - classically trained musician and producer, and one of the most well respected sound practitioners in her field (with a diploma from the Sound Healing Academy, Cornwall), at a 1 or 2 day workshop that will arm you with the skills to incorporate sound healing into your everyday. Whether you're a yoga teacher, musician, health professional, busy parent or simply someone who wants to deepen their meditation practice, this day is for you!

There's no need for any prior experience in music, yoga or sound - this workshop will be aimed at everybody, regardless of where you're at. And you can choose to attend for 1 or 2 days.

DAY 1: We'll begin with delving into the science of sound, the history of sound healing, before a nourishing sound bath. Next we'll learn basic techniques for Himalayan (aka Tibetan) singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls and voice. And no, you don't need to be able to sing - if you can talk, you can do this! You'll leave the day with simple techniques for playing these beautiful, healing instruments, and using your voice in incredibly simple ways to help energize, relax or focus yourself and others.

DAY 2: If you choose to come to day 2, we'll dive deeper into mantras and more advanced techniques with the bowls, and I'll teach you how to combine instruments, and give you a format for a mini sound meditation that you can use in your own work. We'll even do some basic music theory - again, this is aimed at absolute beginners with no prior musical knowledge. You'll leave the day super confident to use these new skills in your own private practice or yoga classes, or on your family and friends.
